The North American Solution Delivery organization develops the software and systems that organizes where millions of products will move around the globe to our stores each day.

As an Engineer, you will assist the Supply Chain Solution Delivery Team in multiple IT disciplines including Functional, Non-Functional, Application, Testing, Quality Assurance and Deployment disciplines for delivering the Manhattan Associates Open Systems Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) applications. You’ll bring experience providing software engineering supporting the design of enterprise scale systems to meet business needs for an international retail company. You’ll partner with our Supply Chain Solution Delivery Team and Business Users to provide technical expertise on designs that address critical business needs of a large-scale supply chain and logistics implementation of Manhattan products across multiple sites. Your experience and familiarity with other critical supply chain systems will include Pick to Light, Pick to Voice, Conveyor, Slot Optimization, and Labor Management systems. Your prior supply chain operational skills will provide a basis for real-world use and testing of our software systems.

Using your knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), industry best practices and business analysis skills you will help plan, analyze and define leading solutions to our rapidly growing North American and Canadian divisions including Marshalls, Homegoods, TJMaxx, and Winners.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in warehouse management/supply chain design, development, configuration, unit testing and implementation for medium to large scale retailers
• Experience interpreting functional needs and writing or editing solution designs for new systems, systems changes, or system enhancements
• Experience with configuring, integrating and testing warehouse management with material handling equipment
• Ability to write and use SQL for research, triage and data retrieval
• Go live and system support experience for new building rollouts
• Experience configuring and implementing Manhattan’s Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Intelligence
• Understanding of networking technologies such as DNS, Firewalls, Proxy Servers, Load-Balancers
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
