This position is a great fit for an engineer with a passion for solving problems using a variety of technologies. You will be responsible for designing and developing software and tools that improve the deployment and monitoring of our software. Expect to be involved with cross departmental work, where solving problems can involve diving deep into unfamiliar products and environments. You will also provide guidance to junior developers via code and design reviews and should be able to work independently.


The Solutions Engineering team is responsible for:

  • Workflow validation across multiple products
  • Solution monitoring
  • Improving how our software is deployed, validated and integrated


  • Leading the design and implementation of software features
  • Providing technical expertise to architects, analysts, and other developers
  • Mentoring junior developers in software development best practices
  • Coordinating tool and library selections, development environment improvements, and process refinements
  • Growing our engineering team by interviewing and recruiting
  • Applying software development and testing best practices
  • Reviewing code for quality and correctness
  • Performing advanced research and troubleshooting defects and customer issues



  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent workexperience
  • 3+ years of experience in Software Development
  • Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
  • Strong skills in Object Oriented Design and software development best practices


  • Experience with one or more of the following languages: Java, C#, C++, JavaScript, or Node.js
  • Experience with scripting languages in both Windows and Linux
  • Experience with automation and container technologies
  • Experience with the ELK stack
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum software development environment
  • Master's Degree or PhD
