The Integrated Systems and Solutions Division is currently looking for a Software Engineer to support development of test automation capabilities for Radio Frequency (RF) simulators used to test Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE). The position will provide support to both US Government and commercial clients.

Responsibilities of the position will include software development and interfacing with system engineers and other software engineers to perform software design consulting, feasibility & level of effort assessment, requirements feedback, integration, testing, training development, documentation.


  • B.S. in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering/Electronic Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field, Masters' degree a plus.
  • Due to potential government work and its associated requirements, candidates must be a US Citizen with the ability to acquire and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Minimum 3 years software programming experience with:
  • Object-oriented/procedural software development (C/C++/Java)
  • Database interfacing (SQL, JDBC)
  • Windows desktop applications
  • Databases, tools, languages, etc.
  • Disciplined in software development best practices (version tracking, code commenting, unit testing, atomic commits) and commitment to stay current on job knowledge by studying new development tools and programming techniques
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and documentation skills required
  • Must be able to operate independently with minimal guidance when an integrated team is not required.
  • Ability and willingness to travel both domestic and internationally (up to 10%)
