CSRA is looking for a full-time self-motivated Senior Software Engineer to work in both group and individual settings to analyze COTS, GOTS, and in-house applications in order to meet the mandate of Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD)-12 for a DHS component.
This position entails the successful candidate to conduct research on current and new technologies to identify ways to implement Smartcard technology for various COTS/GOTS applications. Also, must-haves: excellent communications skills in writing and speaking; and the ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation for a Public Trust.
Desiredexperience in one of the following authentication technologies: ICAM services, Smart Card (PIV Card enforcement), PKI management, Certificate Authority, SAML services, gMSA services, Client Certificate Authentication, Authentication Mechanism Assurance (AMA), Kerberos, and CyberArk account management.
Hands-on experience in one of the following qualifications is a big plus: Active Directory Domain (Windows2012 R2), and Certificate Authority and Active Directory Federation Services in the VMWare environment.
Desired working background in one of the following environments: Software development, Centralized credentialing, Multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and authorization services. FISCAM knowledge is a plus.
Skilled using one of the following software platforms for developing code is a plus: JSF, .Net MVC, MVC Core, C#, Java, and PowerShell.
Desired education: Undergraduate/graduate degree in Computer Science or Information Security. Several years of expertise may take the place of a degree.
Desired industry Certifications in one of the following practices: CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CEH, SANS GIAC Security Essentials, and MCSE.
