Your Day

We pair program, all day, every day because we know it delivers remarkable results. We practice and teach an approach to software engineering that applies across industries and organizations, so you'll experience all types of teams, products, and technologies. And we believe in working at a sustainable pace – you'll typically code hard for 8 hours each day, but then you're off work to relax, recharge and refocus.


Required Skills/Experiences

  • 3+ years of full-stack Software Development experience in a variety of object oriented programming (OOP) languages (i.e. Java, Spring, .NET, C#, .NET Core,, etc.) as well as front end and database technologies
  • Empathy and strong communication skills
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and/or up-skilling engineers
  • Interest in a pair-programming environment
  • Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and challenging problems
  • Practical knowledge of a variety of agile methodologies
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to customer locations

Desired Skills/Experiences

  • BA/BS in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Building and deploying cloud-based enterprise software in a continuous delivery environment
  • Leading a product or development team
  • Advanced type systems, functional programming and Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Navigating complex organizations
