As a Cambly engineer, you'll be part of a small and fast-moving engineering team running a substantial business that's changing lives. As an iOS Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for building new features in our Swift-based native iOS app. Our iOS app is the highest conversion platform for new users, so your work on improving the experience has a huge impact on the business. You'll be responsible for making sure they feel the magic when we instantly connect them with a native english speaker for the first time. You'll also be responsible for building the iOS infrastructure that will enable our growing team to build and ship iOS features quickly.

Things we're looking for:

A product-minded approach to engineering. You should be excited about working directly with our students, tutors, and our international team to make sure students have an amazing experience.
2+ years experience building and shipping consumer-facing iOS software quickly using Swift or Objective-C as part of an iOS-focused team.
Experience with the latest best practices and libraries used in modern iOS development.
A global perspective. You should be excited about building an app in 10+ languages that integrates with the social networks and payment methods used by our students.
