Role: Software Engineer – Digital Media Platforms

Slalom Denver’s Experience Engineering team is looking for Software Engineers to join our team and help build modern Digital Media Platforms for an array of clients that enable world class experiences. From mobile, to video streaming, to blue sky-technology innovation, join a dynamic team that delivers innovative platforms and products.

What You'll Do:

• Design, document, and develop media platforms using the full spectrum of cloud-based technologies and design patterns
• Collaborate with clients and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Implement working software using industry best practices and design principles
• Collaborate within a team to deliver outcomes
• Work with practice leadership on reviewing and learning new technologies and trends

What You'll Bring:

• 3-5 years of software development experience
• Video experience (content ingestion, metadata, or encoding) is a plus
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, GoLang, .NET, or Java
• Experience using a back-end framework, such as NodeJS, NestJS, or Flask
• Experience with Containerized or Serverless application development
• Experience with a cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with Kubernetes is preferred
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
