Job Description

We are looking to hire a Software Engineer who is hands on with Java Coding to join the Quality Assurance team. The Quality Assurance team is integrated with our Development team and has responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the LTX platform across Trading, Data Science, Market Data and Reference Data. Your main responsibilities will include:

· Creation/execution of behavior-driven and integration tests.

· Some manual testing will also be expected, but emphasis will be placed on the build-out of the QA Department’s automated test frameworks.

· Coding in Java to enhance and maintain our custom-built Java-based framework.

· Testing for accuracy, completeness and performance

You should exhibit a keen sense of end-to-end ownership of the quality of the product, organizing your assigned tasks with care, attention to detail under pressure, and respect for target delivery dates. You enjoy working with a small, talented team but have an independent mindset to champion our Customers’ experience of quality, and the security of our Customer data.

Qualifications

Java

Python, Bash and JavaScript;

SQL and NoSQL databases in order to understand and work iteratively with complex data sets and models;

Familiarity with SDLC tracking and release deployment tools, such as JIRA, Jenkins or similar Technology tools.

Knowledge of the financial markets, including fixed income instruments and trading life cycle
