Boeing AvionX is seeking software engineers to develop flight software applications. Selected candidates will support development of selected flight software applications through the software life cycle activities to develop, document and maintain complex architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems. In addition, this position will develop software verification plans, test procedures and work in established test environments, executing the test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are met.    Boeing is the world's largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial airplanes and defense, space and security systems.   • Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years' experience, Master's with experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
  • Software Development Experience

  • Experience using SysML tools
  • Agile Software Development experiencedesired
