As an AWS-Python-Databrick - Data Engineer for America's largest private telecom company, your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data using AWS services and Python. Some specific job descriptions may include:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Need to have strong Python / SQL coding experience • At least 4+ years' experience working with data technologies & AWS.
- The candidate should have strong Data experience with a minimum of 3+ years in Data Engineering • Has built highly reliable batch and/or real-time data pipelines on AWS.
- Has developed ETL/ELT pipelines within and outside of Snowflake using Python and Snowflakes Snow SQL • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with GitHub/Bitbucket, Lambda, EMR, Glue, and S3.
- The candidate understands of trade-offs of architectural patterns and comfort in recommending approaches and associated technology choices •
- Experience designing data models that reduce redundancy, streamline data movements and improve enterprise information management.
- Solid understanding of Agile Sprint methodologies •
- Quick learner with a positive attitude or passion toward Cloud, Data, and development
- Strong Communication, problem-solving & Client interaction skills
Primary Skill: •- Must be able to design, develop and maintain batch data pipelines using AWS services.
- Must be able to write Python and SQL for data processing using Lambda, EMR, and/or Glue ETL with respect to project/business requirements.
- Experience in converting functional requirements to technical requirements
