Software Development Project Manager / Architect in Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Access Staffing is conducting a confidential search for a hands-on Software Programming Manager/Architect with strong management skills and expertise in Microsoft stack.

This is a direct hire/full time employee (FTE)/ onsite position in the Palm Beach Gardens, Florida area.

The Manager/Architect will provide technical and organizational leadership to a team of local and remote programmers developing Windows based, database applications, with emphasis on planning and implementing improved organizational and development processes and methodologies. Skills sought include:

• Prior team management with background in hands-on development
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Experience in financial systems such as stock trading, funds management, wealth management or related financial systems preferred
• Solid C# and MS SQL (including T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS and SSAS)
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred
• Scrum; Scrum Master a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
