Software Developer - Technology in Providence, RI

We are currently seeking to hire a SAP ABAP Developer to become an integral part of our development team! You will develop and troubleshoot and resolve complex programs. Technical support to an ECC6.0 EHP 3 and higher system.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage computing systems software
• Understanding of SAP ECC and structures, data elements and table interdependencies
• Research and update network distribution software for optimal performance
• Design embedded software to assist with system automation
• Perform routine software maintenance
• Document all programming tasks and procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve any code issues

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in software development, computer programming, or other related fields
• Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 - ABAP Development and best practices
• Knowledge of EDI and IBM DB2 is useful
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
