We are seeking a self-motivated person who enjoys learning new technologies, can think outside the box, and understand impacts at an enterprise level. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of what they create and hold others accountable to the same high standards, so the end goal of adding value with long term strategy is met.
Our teams are cross-functional, self-organizing, and highly autonomous. You’ll be working on an agile team with stakeholders in a highly collaborative manner. This approach requires a huge amount of teamwork. You will be part of lunch and learn sessions, peer code reviews, pair programming, and other activities to foster constant learning. You will participate in innovation days for exploring new technologies or ideas and will be provided with opportunities for attending conferences and community events.
