We are currently seeking a Software Developer to join our growing team! 

Position Overview:

Support and monitor network systems. Respond to help desk tickets with a goal of fixing all computer problems. Teach computer programs and hardware to the employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network systems and respond to minor alerts in order to keep them from becoming major issues.
  • Think ahead to anticipate and identify issues before they become problems. Research and resolve complex issues as they arise.
  • Train end users to use applicable computer programs and hardware.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Transact SQL that includes schema development and stored procedures.
  • Interactive Development environments such as Microsoft Development Studio, Delphi, or Eclipse.
  • Programming languages .net, java or C#, PASCAL, SQL, JASON, and XSLT.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and problem solving skills. 
  • Strong oral and written communication and customer service skills; ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with difficult situations.
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to be on-call or work extended hours to support projects in addition to working during normal business hours.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science is preferred.

Successful completion of a pre-employment background and substance screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) search as well continued verifications throughout employment to ensure that all records meet company policy standards.
