Duties:

• Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences • Facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products. • Id entify design proble ms and devise elegant solutions • Track usability goals and prepare reports for senior management • Coordinate with developer team on issues like navigation, page routing, product page design and more • Make strategic design and user - experien ce decisions related to core, and new, functions and features • Take a user - centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. • Collaborate with othe r team members and stakeholders • Take sma rt risks and champion new ideas • Perform all other dut ies as deemed necessary by the department manager or supervisor

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, CS or a related field or equivalent practical experience • Three or more yea rs of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions fo r complete digital environments • An online portfolio demonstrating strong creative skills, rock solid interaction design skills, the ability to generate compelling ideas, and a thorough understanding of design processes • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences th at meet client needs and vision • Extensive experience in using UX design bes t practices to design solutions • Ability to iterate your designs and solution s efficiently and intelligently • Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly delive r design so lutions for approval • Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them Software Design Developer UX/UI • Be open to receiving feed back and constructive criticism • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.
