Below is the JD for Architect role, however we are also looking for Admin & Developer profiles with Sharepoint Farms experience.

Functions:

1. Responsible for Microsoft SharePoint development, application maintenance, and migration for on-premise and in the Microsoft Azure Cloud

2. Responsible for .NET development of SharePoint solutions in a Microsoft Azure Environment

Description: 

The Software Architect shall possess Software Architect skills and certifications at the Senior Level. These skills include but are not limited to: interpersonal skills, technical analytical and critical thinking skills, scope analysis, and technical experience with IIS, Web Based applications, Team Foundation Server/Visual Studio Online, SharePoint and SQL Server applications, and Cloud Services. Technical evaluation of associated software as required in response to work requests or technical issues. Respond with-in 15-minutes or elevate to COR. Integration of various technologies: As tasked by government process through configuration control board, process through test platform, and place in production. The response time is subject to NETCOM operation orders. Make monthly recommendations for system modernization, performance monitoring, capacity planning, problem resolution, infrastructure software deployment, application software deployment, configuration/patch management, version updates, and incident response, and expansion to meet mission requirements IAW established governing agreements. Maintain, adjust, and troubleshoot existing applications of software life-cycle maintenance from conceptual analysis, requirements analysis, design assessment, integration, deployment, data modeling, process modeling, screen mockups, flow-charting, testing/validation of application functionality, implementation, documentation of the software applications/modules, application rationalization, user acceptance testing, and user training. Mission Applications shall be accessible and fully operational 98% of the time. 

The Software Architect shall provide software engineering support tasks. The Software Architect shall accomplish this by performing maintenance on all software and modifying existing applications using the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) framework to repeatedly meet performance, cost and schedule estimates, and to deliver high quality outcomes. 

Education: 

Minimum of a 4-year college degree in a related field

Experience:  Minimum of 8 year's work experience in the field

Certification(s): (1) Microsoft Certified Solution Developer or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or higher           

Security: Candidate must be a US Citizen, perform all work onsite at (Fort Eustis, VA) and have at least a SECRET clearance.
