Bachelor's Degree in human resources, personnel management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ previous experience in atalent acquisition or sourcing role with experience in sourcing hard to find candidates by using social media, networking and cold calling.
Expert in Social Media recruiting using tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, Indeed etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
A proven track record of effective sourcing strategies and partnering with all levels of management and working in a high-volume fast paced environment.
