What you will do

Here’s the deal—there’s no typical day at Sparxoo. Our dynamic environment calls for adaptable problem solvers who believe change is the only constant in life (because it is). Although you might wear multiple hats on any given day, we’ve compiled the most important responsibilities:

  • Be our go-to social marketing expert to set the standard in creating and implementing social campaigns for client brands
  • Interpret client objectives, set social plans, and lead team in day-to-day management of social profiles across platforms
  • Manage across a storytelling team to mobilize content, video, marketing, and design capabilities, including communicating strategy, building processes, and managing dynamic client engagements
  • Grow agency capability for influencer / community engagement on behalf of clients, including development and management of influencer network
  • Analyze data to identify trends, customer and competitive insights to inform strategy and continual optimization
  • Excel in a collaborative environment by coming up with ideas, inspiring greatness, and rapidly prototyping to test-and-learn

What you need to have

We want you to be successful at Sparxoo, starting from the moment you walk through our doors. And while we’ll be your #1 cheerleader and help you along the way, in order to make a substantial impact you’ll need to have the following:

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in the digital / social marketing landscape
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, Technology, Journalism, Statistics or similar area of study
  • Experience conceiving, managing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest)
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools such as Facebook Analytics, Sprout Social, HootSuite, Google Analytics
  • Excellent writing skills with storytelling best practices for a range of content formats and brand tones
  • Strategic thought leadership with experience in evaluating consumer insights data, platform performance, and key social media trends to inform the development of strategies and plans
  • Ability to manage and lead across multiple businesses/clients, in addition to internal teams, while ensuring that each client feels valued and prioritized
