Social Media Manager
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the growth and management of all social media for two properties: TripAdvisor Experiences and Viator. You will own all Viator social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and other emerging channels, as well as the Experiences portion of TripAdvisor Social Media. At the core, you drive the strategy to expand TripAdvisor Experiences & Viator’s organic social presence and improve user engagement in each channel, develop creative, compelling social content, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute on Marketing / PR initiatives. You will serve as a key stakeholder on campaigns, collaborating closely with the Content, Copy, Design, Analytics, Marketing / CRM, and PR teams. The idealcandidate will have a deep understanding of the current social media landscape, with a clear track record of driving brand affinity and understanding through social, as well as successfully managing / engaging online communities. He or she is strategic and analytical, comfortable using data to inform decisions but also highly creative and resourceful. He or she will be an excellent communicator with strong, succinct writing skills, able to easily and authentically adopt a brand's voice. You'll be expected to work independently and proactively, able to work within an entrepreneurial environment and support multiple projects at once. A love for all things travel would be an added bonus!
