Responsible for developing strategies and executing action plans to establish a strong and clear global brand voice for Outrigger Hotels and Resorts via social platforms. Drives customer engagement, grow social following through analytics, studying content performance, influencer and brand partnerships, and create high profile brand awareness through key social channels. Manages global social media conversation that actively exchanges local experiences across the portfolio and articulates global brand positioning through daily messaging. Writes and curates content for the Outrigger Hotels and Resorts B2C social media channels. Supports social care team members at the Global Contact Center. Utilizes key performance metrics to develop action plans that optimize social media effectiveness. Develops strategy and plans that maximize revenue generation, social following, engagement and loyalty. Acts as the direct overseer of corporate social media platforms and messaging and ensures that this strategy and messaging filters down to the property level social media efforts. Works with agency to run reports, segmentation for paid posts, and manages social budget.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Business or related field required. A minimum of three to five (3-5) years' social media management and strategy development with ecommerce emphasis. Experience managing social media programs for brand development, experience and transactions/sales with travel, tourism, hospitality or related fields. Experience with collaborative team work and problem solving. Confident and eloquent verbal conversational and written communication skills are essential. Previous experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube account management required. Sprinklr, or other social media analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sitecore CMS (or other CMS) experience preferred.
