Manage and drive growth of organic/earned social outreach and content management. Manage vendors, budgets and processes as necessary to complete tasks. Create and manage updated social media influencer/Ambassador program.

Major Responsibilities

Connect with influencers, serve as contact point for influencers, put together influencer marketing strategy for a brand, oversee all aspects of an influencer marketing campaign (and oversee the rest of the team working on a campaign), build relationships with industry influencers, set goals for influencer marketing, and determine how those goals align with the brand’s overall objectives.



Manage and execute social media planning and execution



Manage social media analytics



Research and produce KMA/Media statements (Crisis, Recall, NHTSA, Legislative, etc.)



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experiencerequired
  • Master’s degreedesired

Overall Experience

  • 10+ years corporate and PR/Marketing experience (client or agency side) required
  • 5+ years social media influencer experiencerequired
  • 5+ years journalism/published content required
  • Management experiencepreferred

Directly Related Experience

  • Minimum 8 years digital media/social marketing combined experience
  • Client side experiencepreferred
  • Automotive OEM experiences a plus
  • Basic understanding of technology development a plus
  • Candidate must possess a working knowledge of Social Media and Digital Media advertising mechanisms and processes
  • Experience in driving development of performance based metrics with emphasis on media/consumer content

Exceptional analytical skills and ability to develop concise and effective stories that are supported by data.

Performance-based metrics

Excellent communication skills required (written and oral)

Project management experience? ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requires prior demonstrated managerial, organizational and interpersonal communications (verbal and written) skills.
