What You'll Do

The Supply Chain Sustainability Organization is seeking a leader to drive our Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) programs. You will lead supplier focused social and environmental programs including responsible sourcing and supplier diversity. You will work cross-functionally with strategic sourcing, procurement, manufacturing and corporate sustainability, while developing the future global leaders in sustainability at Cisco.

You'll provide thought leadership, ensure strong program management, lead with a strong sense of urgency, find opportunities, socialize projects and engage internal teams to connect to sustainability. You will represent Cisco externally with our customers, suppliers, industry organizations and other key partners. You will lead a global team of passionate top-talent individuals who will actively drive SER, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing requirements and opportunities across all of Cisco's business. You will also be responsible for supply chain SER program goal setting, critical metrics and reporting, focused on transparency and impact.

Who You Are

You are an articulate leader that can craft and drive new strategies, program manage multiple work streams at a time and meet deliverables on time and on target. You are highly skilled in influencing strategies with strong business insight. You have deep subject matter expertise on social and environmental issues in global supply chains. You have experience managing and developing a high talent team.

At a minimum, we expect you to have a Master's degree in business or sustainability with 8-10 years of experience. You should also have experience with stakeholder engagement, public speaking and strong capabilities to engage with executives on a diverse set of topics.
