Snr Software Developer, Web/UI Development
The Development team is responsible and will analyze, design, develop, and maintain trading solutions for front-to-back-office automation of trade transaction systems. The team's primary responsibility is to provide automation for order and trade management functionality including execution, trade routing and workflow, positioning and risk management, payments, and other downstream processes.
The developer we are seeking will specifically develop new features and enhancements, to reengineer products, to speed up project delivery and to reduce the time to market for feature updates.
As part of a Scrum team will be responsible for the design and development of complex trading solutions built on top of the existing Platform, with a focus on a product?s trading. You will work in collaboration with otherdevelopers, product owners, and business analysts on infrastructure and application development.
Developers are involved in the entire lifecycle of our products, including analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance. The team follows Agile development methodologies with an emphasis on continuous integration using Jenkins and Robot Framework. They operate as a full-stack team, developing both back-end services and user interfaces, primarily using Java and HTML5. Two key requirements of the software are stability and high performance and the team is continuously improving our technology and internal infrastructure to support these requirements.
Education and expertise
? Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related discipline
? Solid Web UI Frameworks experience
? Proven Java and HTML5 programming skills
? Experience with multithreaded and asynchronous programming models
? 4-8years of experience,
? Experience with C#, WPF, C++
? Experience with Guice and Mockito
? Experienceworking withagile methodologies
? Knowledge of financial markets given preference
