Monitors statistical records of all problems and conditions reported
Conducts detailed analysis and studies of communications requirements
Develops and recommends methods of problem solution
Coordinates all activities of a technical support group which are required to fulfill requirements
Activities include resolution of hardware problems and interactive on-line database user problems
Arranges for and coordinates product demonstrations
Manages a learning laboratory and a personal computer hardware/software training facility
Education: AA; Minimum Work Experience: 9+ yrs
