Establish & Observe: You’ll observe the high performing SMB sales team to identify their strengths, their weaknesses and a strategy for operational excellence.
Establish & Observe: Analyse the inbound efficiency and outbound productivity to identify a formula for success that can be replicated quarter after quarter.
Coach & Produce: Use our incredible suite of sales tools to coach reps to become the best version of themselves and provide them with the best opportunity for promotion.
Coach & Produce:Establish an incredible atmosphere of healthy competition by removing roadblocks and working cross-functionally to support the Account Executive’s in the pursuit of their goals.
Who You Are
5+ years of software or web technologies sales experience selling to a technical audience (experience in the Internet security market and/or SaaS a plus)
1+ years of experience managing a closing sales team that is selling to a technical audience
Humble, kind and passionate about the success of others, not carrying an ego and always assuming everybody has the best intentions first
Enjoyment from the development and growth of your team, seeing them succeed and exceeding their career goals and their own expectations
Understands that the best sales team is a balanced and diverse one, full of people that are self-aware and work together as a team to perform at their highest level
Enjoys working cross-functionally to create solutions to improve the customer and employee experience
Inquisitive about the industry, competition and needs of customers, providing a continuous flow of feedback to the rest of the business
Adept at understanding and articulating new technologies, and mapping the respective value propositions to customer needs
Demonstrable experience of over-performance at an individual and management level
Experience in working and leading virtual sales teams to close business
