  • Development of value proposition, messaging architecture and market positioning for HPEFS in the SMB segment
  • Develop and deploy segment-specific marketing communication strategies/plans to support HPEFS SMB strategy and leveraging broader HPEFSMarketing plans. Such plans would need to include:
    • SMB-specific content strategy
    • Digital/Social-Media program
    • Customer references and testimonials
    • New solution launches and promotions
    • Awareness and demand generation campaigns
    • Partner marketing
  • Develop and produce marketing communications content including: video, audio, written (e.g white papers), digital e.g social media posts, blogs and infographics etc .
  • Project manage and coordinate deployment of routine communications programs designed to establish reliable source of demand/awareness for partners and sales to leverage. Coordinate and manage periodic communications campaigns designed to establish HPEFS differentiation with SMB customers.
  • Build strong and productive relationships within HPE and HP counterparts to ensure integration of FS programs and solutions into major GTM and demand-generation programs for SMB
  • Track results and measure impacts to establish most effective means of customer and channel partner engagement. Ensure organizational closed-loop analysis and champion indicated actions to senior leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the HPEFS marketing & communications team to leverage existing marketing assets, align messaging and optimize production. Coordinate and align globally across the financial services business to ensure consistent approach to SMB communications is taken  

Education and Experience Required:

  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years SMB marketing experience
  • 7+ years marketing & communications experience
  • Experience working in IT and/or Financial Services industry

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Mastery knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools and customer insights in specific industry or customer segments.
  • Mastery knowledge across marketing mix and vehicles.
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Strong partner focus, including experience with partner marketing.
  • Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams.
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
