Small Business Commercial Property Insurance - Product Developer
Seeking individual with track record developing new Commercial Property Insurance Products including development of rating plans, underwriting rules, processes, sales & marketing strategies, etc. to lead the development of small & medium size business properties products.
*** Develop and implement new small and medium sized commercial property insurance products.
*** Guide and oversee product management team, including creating, defining, and executing the product strategy and roadmap.
*** Oversee state rate filings and maintain compliance and good relationships with state regulators.
*** Evaluate and implement financial adjustments by individual state marketplaces to maintain profitability.
*** Strategize with actuarial to improve risk rating through enhancements to rating algorithms.
*** Collaborate with underwriting and claims to improve marketing, underwriting and loss control processes.
