Expected pay for this position is $37.59-$56.38. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

Job Summary
Serves as a facility liaison between hospital operations, and ancillary clinical departments. Establishes and manages information standardization, education, communications and compliance to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the patient care experience by integrating clinical information systems and optimizing the use of the electronic health record and telecommunication systems. The Site Support Supervisor provides coordination, support and general oversight for the optimization of the electronic health record and telecommunications systems.
Job Specifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or other relevant field of study, or 10 years of equivalent healthcare experience. The Site Support Supervisor must be customer oriented with a proven track record of success in healthcare operations' must be familiar with organization change management methodologies (ITIL) and principles of project management. In addition, this position requires the Site Support Supervisor to have a passion for excellence and the ability to move organizations out of their comfort zones to achieve excellence.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of clinical practices and workflow. Proficiency with computers and knowledge of software applications. Experience with Cerner applications is preferred.
