They are poised for continued growth as they seek to expand, both in terms of expanding their output capacity as well as their market footprint. This particularly facility is the largest of its kind in the world and this company is a leader in this market segment.

On a daily basis, you will develop and continually improve internal site logistics processes and objectives related to delivery performance, utilization efficiency, etc. There has and will continue to be an on-going effort to fully integrate SAP MRP functionality at this site and this role will certainly be involved in that effort as well. This person will serve as the site Transportation Leader, with a major focus on railcar logistics and a secondary focus on truck logistics, ensuring overall work stream efficiency. Lastly, this person will ensure site compliance with relevant federal, state and local laws related to transportation and handling of chemicals and other raw materials.

  • S. or B.A. degree – ideal degrees would be business, management, supply chain, logistics, etc.
  • 5+ years of post-college, industry experience in a production environment with a track record of success
  • Advanced-user capability in SAP, specifically in raw material/product inventory management and purchase order (PO) reconciliation.
  • Should have demonstrable leadership skills in previous roles, prior management experience a plus
  • Should have a working knowledge of DOT and other regulatory aspects of logistics

Salary

$90K - $110K
