Job Description

As an employee in Site Agreement Management (SAM) you will be a part of a team that works with the development, drafting, negotiation and finalization of contracts and budgets for global clinical trials. This means that you will work and communicate directly with colleagues and affiliates globally, with the site's representatives or in some cases also the Investigator within this region, in order to get our contracts negotiated and finalized. Your position will be in Madison, New Jersey while SAM as a department is based in our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, your closest colleagues will therefore be based there.

Your contribution to the team includes:

  • Responsible for drafting negotiating and finalizing clinical trial agreements (This includes but is not limited to: CDA's, ICI's, NCI's, CTA's).
  • Preparing site specific contract templates if needed.
  • Preparing and finalizing contract amendments if needed.
