The Level 3 Signals Processing Engineer shall:
- Demodulate signals (and identify trends/patterns) from various sources including Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) devices
- Be responsible for developing demodulation algorithms for modern communication technologies
- Deinterleave collected signals as necessary
- Have experience with developing and implementing DSP algorithms
- Be fluent with basics of signals and how to process them including modulation, demodulation, filtering, and spectral analysis
- Have experience with MODERN communication and DSP technologies
- Have intermediate MATLAB, C, C++, LINUX, PYTHON programming skills
- Have background in image and signal processing, both algorithm design and implementation (image scaling, deinterlacing, deinterleaving, frame rate conversion
Qualifications: Ten (10) years experience as a DSP Algorithm developer is required. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of addition DSP experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
