SIGINT Systems Engineer at Arena in Chantilly, VA

This leadership role functions as the SIGINT ground expert supporting the the acquisition of ground systems.

Responsibilities:

- Manage requirements for programs and projects

- Guide requirements through the full development lifecycle process

- Derive system level requirements and work with the team to develop the corresponding documentation

- Identify, control and maintain operational requirements in DOORS

- Scope and link requirements for proper system definition

- Write systems engineering documents; follow and update templates for said documents

- Scope and link requirements for proper system definition

- Manage program requirements, presentations, memos, minutes etc.) through multi-stage development activities

- Work side-by-side with the other contract staff comprised of world class Systems Engineers, Acquisition Engineers and Domain Experts to lead the customer in acquiring modern processing applications\

About the Must Haves

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Bachelor's STEM degree from an accredited institution
• Experience in DOORS
• Experience drafting system engineering documentation
• Experience managing program artifacts
• Knowledge and experience with the customer's ground systems

About the Desired

• Advanced STEM degree
• Experience in engineering and/or acquisition of Intelligence Community (IC) and/or DOD spacecraft systems
• Knowledge of IC and/or DOD acquisition roles, processes, and /or program management
