CACI is seeking a SIGINT Systems Administrator and Sensor Resource Manager Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join the CACI team at Langley AFB, VA. You will be responsible for resolving IT hardware and software infrastructure (servers, network, security, etc.) issues using systems analysis techniques and procedures to ensure appropriate function of hardware, software, or system functional specifications. Additionally, you will analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with IT infrastructure including user systems, servers, storage, and network connectivity. You will also provide system administration for assigned infrastructure and establish and maintain system security. You will also apply security patches and operating system upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the technical environment, support new infrastructure projects, and maintain all configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure.

What You'll Get to Do:
  • Manages multiple airborne SIGINT sensors missions for 2 or more Core sites and associated DMS sites and their processes simultaneously from a Centralized site.
  • Operates and interfaces with multiple aircraft, airborne sensors, sites, networks, systems, and operations and maintenance personnel.
  • Provides updates to Sensor Resources Management processes.
  • Provides management and ground support of multiple airborne SIGINT sensors and networks.
  • Provides sensor troubleshooting and airborne fault resolution; identifies, resolves, and communicates issues with LBS, HBS, infrastructure, enterprise services, and other SIGINT systems; support and recommend updates to SIGINT systems, SW and networks.
  • Provides technical and engineering sensors and networks support.
  • Creates, updates, and responds to Incident tickets.
  • Manages data encryption changes and implementation.
  • Monitors the SIGINT enterprise and networks health/status (Sensor, platform, network paths to include crypto, DCGS SIGINT systems, and SIGINT related enterprise services).
  • Provides comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the SIGINT systems and networks associated with ground components.
  • Provides comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the SIGINT sensors and associated End-to-End Sensor paths.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) that provides SIGINT and networks sustainment support during system upgrades.
  • Coordinates efforts for sensor/system and network restoration.
  • Supports post upgrade SW/HW efforts in accordance with (IAW) tech data, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), and Operating Instructions (OIs). Provides OJT to AFP and identifies SIGINT and networks sustainment support improvements that reduce logistics footprint.
  • Provides SIGINT process and network improvements/recommendations.
  • Create Serena Mission Debriefs; provide system status (includes sensor) to operations and maintenance personnel prior to takeoff; update operations and maintenance personnel with status if required during mission; obtains inputs from associated sites operations and maintenance personnel after mission concerning sensor and systems performance; completes SIGINT portion of end-to-end mission debrief and closes debrief if appropriate.


You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Security + CE or equivalent required.
  • Personal Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Technical Field.
    • TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Experience (all required)
    • ≥10 yrs of Cyber Security Engineering.
    • ≥10 yrs of DCGS experience.
    • ≥2 yrs SIGINT Sensor Mgmt.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100-$172,400
