Responsible for the development and management of Siemens Software opportunities. Responsible for planning, development and implementation of marketing events to support Siemens software products.
Develop marketing programs
Work with Territory teams to develop marketing events.
Prepare event briefs for marketing to define targets, content etc.
Work with marketing team to manage events.
Develop leads for sales teams to build Pipeline.
Work with marketing to maintain a closed loop marketing plan to track activities.
Software Vendor Relationships
Developing and maintaining software vendor relationships.
Participate in the tracking and monitoring of targets against actual achieved.
Work with PLM Solutions resource teams to maintain software vendor certifications.
Ensure required Siemens support staff are available to support territory sales teams.
Work with sales groups and management.
Promote Siemens software to Tata Technologies internal sales teams.
Work with Tata Technologies sales groups to develop and close Pipeline.
Responsible for driving programs that will enable Tata Technologies sales teams to achieve their software numbers.
Answer some technical and configuration questions regarding the Siemens software products. If unable to answer, contact correct resource in Siemens to obtain the answer.
Demonstrations, technical support and mentoring
Prepare and present technical demonstrations of Siemens PLM software
Offer customer mentoring on Siemens PLM software where required
Respond to technical questions on Siemens PLM software from the sales staff
Assist with resolution of customer technical issues.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in presales & technical exposure to Siemens PLM portfolio of products
Proven ability to conduct presentations
Experienced in forecasting and tracking of sales numbers
Have some knowledge of the PLM industry
Proven ability to follow sales process from opportunity development to closure
Preferable for the qualified candidate to have technical exposure to PLM products and CAD
