Responsibilities

We are seeking a mission-focused SIEM-SME to support and contribute to our government customer’s success in Quantico, VA!

Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities

The Contractor shall be responsible for providing support to maintain the Government’s sensor grid. Activities in support of this task include installing, managing and maintaining two (2) Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS); one (1) Network Intrusion Detection and Prevention (NID/PS) solution; one (1) Security Information Event Management (SIEM) solution; and cyber incident detection rules and signatures on twelve (12) different: ESS, NID/PS and SIEM solutions residing on-premise, and in the cloud. The Contractor shall be responsible maintaining the accreditation and authorization to operate documentation for these systems as well as performing systems integration when the Government acquires new technologies.

Qualifications

Required Experience, Education, Skills & Technologies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related field or three to five years of experience managing an enterprise-grade Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) toolset, including maintenance, cyber analytics and correlation use cases.
• At least five (5) years overall experience with DCO and cyber security tools.
• Experience leveraging network and ESS sensors and other DCO tools to enhance the detection of adversary activity in a large enterprise network

Security Clearance Level

• Top Secret/SCI required

Certification

• Possess DoDD 8570 CSSP Infrastructure Support certification. (CEH, CySA+, GICSP, SSCP)
• Possess DoDD 8570 IAT Level II certification. (CCNA security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, CND, SSCP)
