The successful candidate must demonstrate SharePoint and Knowledge Management subject matter expertise including: Well-developed knowledge of SharePoint 2013/2016 and related technologies. Provides SharePoint instruction via classroom, DCS (remote), online/on-demand, and desk-side avenues. Working with team members, develops training products and functions as the SharePoint Subject Matter Expert for SharePoint 2013/2016. Conducts activities related to KM processes to include content analysis, document management, data capture, workflow, collaboration, decision support, and information dissemination. Elicit requirements using appropriate analysis tools such as interviews, document analysis, storyboards, use cases, business process descriptions, scenarios, etc. Possesses expertise in developing Microsoft SharePoint portals and using web development tools, Power BI and other Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Develops reports as required to support operations, write knowledge content as required, and prepare presentations for senior management to support recommended changes, new initiatives or enhancements. Develop and maintain an accurate, consistent, repeatable process for responses to official questions by collecting, consolidating, and preparing written responses to tenants or internal leadership. Elicit requirements using appropriate analysis tools such as interviews, document analysis, storyboards, use cases, business process descriptions, scenarios, etc. Attend and actively participate in regular meetings related to training and knowledge management. Experience with storage analysis, feature compatibility, farm capacity planning, scalability and auditing.
