Commerce Bank is currently looking to fill a SharePoint Customer Solutions/Administrative positive. The preferred candidate will work directly with multiple IT groups and business partners to design, create and implement SharePoint solutions. This position is also responsible for performing backup administrative duties within SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint Online. The preferred candidate will support the training of business users in their day-to-day involvement with SharePoint sites in common subjects, including creating and manipulating document libraries, list and workflows.

Primary job functions include:
• Operating and supporting SharePoint 2010-2016 and SharePoint Online Enterprise in mid to large scale environment
• Working with customers to gather requirements, design and deliver SharePoint site and site collections
• Design, create, support and automate processes using workflows and InfoPath 2010/2013 forms
• Creating technical documentation for projects, governance and knowledge sharing
• Deliver effective resolutions and answers to customer issues and inquiries
• Deliver user adoption programs, including training curriculum and innovative SharePoint user groups
• Identifying and reporting governance violations
• Ability to interact with no-tech users with good people skills
• Performing backup and recovery functions using DocAve
• Manages site quotas and file size limits
• Monitor the Assyst ticketing system for SharePoint incidents and enhancements
• Assisting in the planning, and migration of the existing SharePoint 2010 environment to SharePoint Online

Work Hours:
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Some weekends and evenings as required

Qualifications:
• Professional with Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A minimum of 2-4 years of hands on experience in Microsoft Office 365 computing environment including SharePoint 2010 environments. Emphases include: design, troubleshooting, installation, configuration, administration, and disaster recovery planning and project implementation
• Hands on experience operating SharePoint 2010-2016 Enterprise in mid to large scale
• Hands on experience with SharePoint workflow creation using SharePoint Designer 2010
• Proficiency using and supporting InfoPath 2010/2013
• 3+ years consulting experience with emphasis on serving as a liaison between technical and business team members
• Knowledge and experience with PowerShell scripting
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a highly collaborative team environment
• Commitment to continuous education and drive to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies
• Experience migrating large scale SharePoint Enterprise environments
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Server 2008-2016
• Experience with PowerApps and Flow
• Working understanding of the Agile Methodology/SCUM framework
• Working understanding and experience with Internet Information Server 7+
• Preferred knowledge in XML/XSL, SQL, HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS3
