The United States is developing new vehicles that will enable humans to explore deep space, the Moon and Mars. On the Jacobs JETS contract, we provide services to NASA’s Johnson Space Center that includes development of simulations of human missions that enables engineers to design and test new spacecraft on the ground. These simulations also allow the astronauts to be trained before they fly and drive these new spacecrafts and rovers.

Essential Functions Work Environment Generally an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task. Physical Requirements Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of time). May require lifting and carrying up to 10 lbs (5% of time).
