This position provides global pre-sales technical leadership and an advanced level of support in the identification, creation, and integration of solutions and strategies around consulting, outsourced engagements and global services. This position will focus around Syniverse's transformation to a software and services company leading with or complimenting solution offerings with Global Services engagements. Leveraging services expertise, this person will help our existing and new customers achieve positive business outcomes. This role will work with our sales professionals to identify opportunities, provide technical subject-matter expertise and commercial sales support.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform the detailed solutioning design, integrations, assumptions etc. necessary to propose and win services engagements
• Support/lead development of the contract SOW with the Services Sales lead
