ServiceNow Project Manager / San Francisco, CA / 6+ Months Contract

Looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive accuracy & completeness of ServiceNow data. You’ll identify, drive, and monitor actions needed to course correct escalations and mitigate risk. This induvial will develop schedules for each Product Team to review their ServiceNow business service data as well as engage with service teams to perform the review of ServiceNow business service data. Ideally, this individual will have both Project Management and Business Analysis skills to drive this effort.

Qualifications:

You have 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow.

7+ years of project management experience.

You have demonstrable experience leading a portfolio of ServiceNow professional services engagements and defining metrics applied to each project including, but not limited to budget, schedule, scope, CSAT and ESAT.

You have most of the following: PMP certification, SCRUM Master certification, ITIL v3 certification, ServiceNow certified.

You possess exceptional organization, presentation, and management skills.
