What are we looking for:
We are now looking for a ServiceNow Manager. We want the Manager to drive the business engagement for the platform. We want you to be responsible for platform design, integration design, development standards, platform management and platform strategy. You will provide hands on design and configuration expertise focusing on the broader spectrum of the platform focused on HRSM, Facilities Management & ITSM. In this role, you will work with global business users to identify requirements, help define scalable business processes, and implement standard methodologies in configuring and crafting the ServiceNow system. You will design functional solutions that are in line with NVIDIA’s needs while staying consistent with the application architecture.
What you'll be doing:
Leading projects or working as a team member to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities of enterprise Service Management solutions using ServiceNow
Lead Service Now platform roadmaps and define strategies around upgrades.
Serve as the Domain expert on ServiceNow platform and advise customers/users with industry standard methodology solutions
Articulate, analyze requirements and translate them into effective solutions that involves design, build, test, user training and deployment
Work with business and technical partners to understand business goals and build out solution roadmaps and/or designs
Work with multi-functional teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs
Responsible for the configuration and daily support of the implemented ITSM at NVIDIA
Key contact with the business users in different time zones to reciprocally work on the requirements to develop additional Service Now functionalities
Work with the onsite-offshore resources around the world to prioritize, handle and execute daily production support and guide them in implementing small to medium size projects
You'll mentor and support users and teammates working on Service Now application
What we need to see:
Bachelor or Master’s degree
12 + years of experience with solution design on the ServiceNow platform with 3+ implementation experience across various modules ITSM, HR, Facilities, CMDB and custom applications.
You have full grasp of ServiceNow and ITIL standard methodologies and serves as a guide on the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform
Domain expertise in at least two of ServiceNow’s IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Facilities management or custom applications on the platform
Understanding of key technologies meaningful to ServiceNow integrations SSO, LDAP, REST, SAML etc.
You have architected solutions in ServiceNow by seamlessly integrating with various systems
Change Control and Release Management Experience
You can show attested project management experience and skills
You convey strong verbal and written skills, in addition to strong shared work experience using collaboration and interpersonal skills
