Job Title: Servicenow Functional Consultant

Job Location: Cambridge, MA

Job Type: Contract – 12 Months / Contract to Hire / Direct Hire

Job Description:

  • Involve in ITIL®/ ITSM (ServiceNow) implementations
  • Coordinate with Process, Development and project teams to document;
  • solution design & operational procedures
  • policies, processes, procedures, work instructions etc

?Essential requirements:

  • ?Minimum IT experiencerequired is 5 – 7years out of which at least 2 – 4years in ITIL® process management
  • Hands-on functional consulting experience in ServiceNow
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation and documentation skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, including business writing skills
  • ITIL® Expert/Intermediate/Foundation modules Certified
  • Involve in ITIL®/ ITSM (ServiceNow) implementations
