JOB DESCRIPTION: Deliver end-to-end automated solutions which include technical implementation of the ServiceNow Platform, Core System, and Applications. Build custom applications leveraging the ServiceNow platform. Perform discovery work sessions to determine the solution requirements. Perform design work sessions and produce deliverables, including mock-ups, flow diagrams, etc. ApplyAgile software development practices for customization to the platform and applications. Implement the Core System including integration components (LDAP, Discovery, MID Server, etc.). Provide support, technical consulting, and mentoring.
Assist customers with understanding ITSM, ServiceNow, and Agile approaches.
Ability to interpret business processes, document requirements and deliver solutions.
Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM).
Solid understanding of IT operations.
Experience working directly with internal customers and external clients.
Experience in responsive design (not 100% required).
OTHER DESIRED SKILLS
ServiceNow Administrator Certification
ITIL Foundations Certification (or greater)
Experience building Configuration Management Databases (CMDB)
Agile software development practices
Deep experience with Angular scriptinglanguage
Experience dealing with technical end-users in a support role
Experience with web-based integrations, including LDAP, AD, SSO, and Web Services
Experience with other ITSM systems
