BASIC PURPOSE: Development for our ERP software that runs on ServiceNow platform. Technical Support to customers and partners. Reports to Senior Manager, SaaS Business.


  • ServiceNow development activities, which include:
    • Design, Program, Test, Maintenance, Documentation, and Making development test environments
  • Develop business applications using ServiceNow standard technology.
  • Provide level 2 and level 3 technical support to customers and partners.
  • Performs all required administrative functions necessary to the position.


Education & Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Business Administration.


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience developing business applications using ServiceNow

  • Experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow is a plus

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

  • ServiceNow development skills

  • ServiceNow user and administration skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Organized
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to occasionally travel

  • Work with offshore team members

  • Has a full understanding of area of specialization and able to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.

  • Able to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

  • Will normally receive little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments.
