Job Description:

Primary skills:

  • ServiceNow Developer

Secondary Skills:

  • ServiceNow Administration & SNOW Discovery

Must have:

  • 6+ years professional experience relevant on ServiceNow platform
  • 4+ years of demonstrable experience and have proven ServiceNow Development Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in driving, supporting a governing major transformation
  • The candidate must have delivered major SNOW Architectures and designs within the last 12 months.
  • The design and implementation to multiple third-party integrations to ServiceNow
  • 2+ years of experience as a key technical resource for large scale ITSM solutions which should include roles providing ServiceNow Architecture and/or ServiceNow Solution Consultancy
  • Design and enhance reporting solutions both within ServiceNow reporting or any BI reporting tools like PowerBI.
  • Active Directory, Single sign On and LDAP Integrations with ServiceNow
  • Java Scripting, Angular JS, Jelly, HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML
  • Database technologies, preferably SQL and JDBC


  • Strong knowledge about ServiceNow development
  • Knowledge about API development
  • Good understanding about Java scripting
  • Good understanding about ITSM,ITOM areas of development using ServiceNow
  • Good knowledge about the different integration with ServiceNow
  • Update the Transform Maps as necessary for the data gaps
  • Knowledge about the different discovery tools
  • Automate the existing manual processes using Java and Oracle Database
  • Use ServiceNow Discovery for adding the CIs to the mid servers
  • CMDB Asset Management model Data cleanup activity
  • System documentation for all the models and CI's
  • Creation of relationships between various platforms
  • Expand CMDB/Discovery and Service Desk tool set.
  • Ability to leverage existing programs to quickly assess and resolve problems.
  • Responsible to work CMDB for Asset management by performing data cleanup
  • Developing system documentation for all Applications developed or modified by Supplier
  • Perform Root-Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Conduct post-mortem reviews for defect
  • Preferred to have ServiceNow Admin/Development certifications
  • Good communication and Analytical skills
