Job Description:

  • IT Professional with close to 6years of experience spanning across following area:-
  • Presales activities
  • Process consulting involving significant advisory, implementation and deployment responsibilities
  • Business analysis
  • Service integration & management

Key Skills:

  • Worked in the complete ITIL process implementation life cycle process definition to process adoptior/implementation
  • Worked extensively on Non-ITSM functional areas like HRMS, Custom App implementation and deployment for global customers
  • Experience in defining and developing KPI's
  • Experience in mapping of processes to the tools
  • Planning and defining the service support process model and to see how to make changes in current in activities performed by IT operations, in order to ensure the smooth delievry of IT sevices
  • Experience with hand on developing proposals and recomendations to drive process improvement decisions
  • Comfortable and effective dealing with all levels within the organisation, including executive management
  • Providing process and tools specific trainiing and resource development

Organisational Exp:

  • Worked closely with the solution architects, product development teams and SME to provide customized solutions as per customer requirement 
  • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, surveys, site, etc
  • Preparation of documents related to functional and non-functional requirement
  • BI gathering activities along with customer requirement gathering and analysis
  • Solution preparation/proposal based on customer's requirements
  • Reviewing and analysing process effectiveness and efficiency guidelines and develops strategies for improvement
  • Managing relationships wiht client and has frequent and direct contact with client senior executives
  • Implementing and supporting of processes and practices for managing different business functions
  • Proficiency in creating functional requirement specifications for tools for implementation
  • Experience in defining and developing KPI's for different process
  • Provide awareness and process training to internal operations and new hire
  • Designing service request catalog to meet customer's requirement and establish end to end service including reporting
