Job Description :

?                     Expertise in Istanbul, Exposure to Jakarta

?                     Provide daily support of ServiceNow including: incident management and demand management administration

?                     Coordinate and implement requirements using Workflow, Java Script, HTML, XML, and other ServiceNow Content Management configuration options

?                     Deploy, integrate, update, customize and administer the ServiceNow platform to meet client needs

?                     Assume accountability for development and testing deadlines

?                     Implement initial user roles and maintain them for ServiceNow

?                     Comply with systems development standards, procedures, guidelines, priorities, and schedules

?                     Develop and manage operational and reporting metrics for ServiceNow and related components of the ITSM platform

?                     Develop and coordinate the installation of upgrades and/or service packs, testing of such upgrades and general maintenance of ServiceNow

?                     Work with Leadership and Service Managers to determine ServiceNow system objectives and solutions

?                     Research systems and/or programs to determine causes of failure or poor operational performance; then define, test and implement detailed solutions

?                     Interact with process and application owners to ensure that requirements are being satisfied

?                     Exposure in front-end programming languages: JavaScript, Bootstrap, and AngularJS

?                     Certified Implementation Specialist certification, preferred

?                     ITIL v3 Foundation certification and knowledge of IT best practices

?                     Ability to adapt to changing requirements throughout the development lifecycle, and work with a variety of personalities and styles

?                     Willingness to collaborate with development team members while creating and building solutions

?                     Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and relational databases

?                     Demonstration of technical understanding of ServiceNow service management operations suite, how it interfaces with other ITIL Processes, IT operations, and business function

?                     Ability to work directly with customers for to gather requirements, architect solutions, provide training, and complete development and architecture

?                     Excellent oral and written communication skills
