Dell EMC is seeking a Product Management professional with energy and passion to help make Dell EMC the market leader in Product Serviceability. As a Serviceability Product Manager, you will define and drive adoption of advanced ‘ease of’ capabilities for our products, targeted at improving the overall customer experience, reducing time and cost of service, and increasing customer NPS. This person will play a leadership role in identifying and evaluating opportunities, as well as taking future concepts and bringing them to life. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of product management and technical expertise, a blend of business and technical savvy. The candidate will love working in a cross-functional / cross-organizational setting to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define Product Serviceability requirements, analyzing customer needs, market research data, future technology, competitive data, and cost of Service
  • Provide thought leadership and representation on behalf of Support and Deployment Services in CTO-level discussions
  • Work cross-functionally to develop long term Serviceability vision
  • Identify industry trends and technologies
  • Create buy-in for the Serviceability vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Develop and present recommendations and analyses to management
  • Backlog grooming/prioritization and SWOT analysis
  • Drive market research to investigate and validate customer needs & wants
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design and other related teams to ensure a successful product definition and delivery


Essential Requirements

  • 9- 13 years of relevant experience
  • Product Management or similar experience with demonstrated impact and progression of responsibility
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Detail-oriented approach to problem solving
  • High energy, results oriented, self-starter
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelors’ degree.


Desirable Requirements

  • Dell EMC and/or competitor product expertise
