The Service Line Marketing Manager is a part of our Marketing and Communications Department and serves as a leader in the brand marketing area. This role is responsible for managing and executing successful implementation of brand marketing and media plans and promotions across a wide range of digital and traditional channels to increase brand awareness and engagement and drive revenue.



Bachelordegree in marketing, advertising, mass communications or related field is required. Proven track record developing and executing integrated marketing plans and media plan management.



Minimum Seven (7) years of relevant experience.

Professional experience standard business software on PC and Mac platforms.



Serves as a marketing manager for the Orlando Health brand marketing efforts and corporate (internal) clients.

Serves as a mentor and resource to Marketing Managers and specialists (service line and brand).

Develops strategic integrated marketing plans that are aligned with the organization’s business goals. Effectively uses market research to quantify initiatives and goals.

Directly meets and communicates with Service Line team members to identify how service line efforts can be used in Brand Marketing efforts as well as guiding service line marketers in brand compliance and market approach. Also responsible for initiating and running meetings with leadership as identified and assigned.

Manages the implementation of the marketing plans, digital and traditional which may include physician relations; print, broadcast, digital and out of home advertising; direct mail and business to business initiatives; media relations; video production; special events; website; social media and collateral development.

Works with various vendor types including media, creative and production, advertising/marketing agencies and artists to develop campaigns, concepts, collateral material and advertising campaigns.
