Interview Mode: Telephonic/Skype/Face to Face for Local Consultant.
- Responsible for answering calls and responding to store-self-service tickets from store associates.
- Answers emails from retail customers and resolves customer complaints.
- Improving customer service at the Service Desk.
- Handling customer calls on daily basis.
- Good knowledge or experience in working with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Providing customer support for stores worldwide.
- Utilised remote access for technical troubleshooting of network and equipment issues.
- We prefer someone having experience of at least 2+ year.
- Must be ready to join this 100% onsite project (no remote option available for this role).
